Eymen Varilci

Hacettepe University, a background that clearly shines through in his meticulous communication across languages and teams on international client projects. Working closely with Neon Apps' engineering teams, he coordinates delivery with a focus on iOS projects, staying close enough to the technical side to speak the same language as the developers he leads.

On a day-to-day basis, his role involves keeping all moving parts of a project, such as client expectations, engineering timelines, and design deliverables, fully in sync. He closely follows iOS and Swift developments, which enables him to hold more informed conversations with the engineering team regarding scope, feasibility, and timelines.

Eymen has also played an active role in Neon Apps' community initiatives, including the App Growth Championship event partnered with RevenueCat, which brought together dozens of mobile app teams from across Turkey.
