A Dedicated In House Team

Every AI transformation engagement is delivered by a dedicated cross functional team typically around ten specialists assigned to your business for the duration of the work.

The composition is scoped to the use cases identified, but always includes a senior project manager and strategy lead alongside the engineering and design specialists who do the work.
