Intro
Havuzum Quardex brings AEC Kimya’s pool care knowledge to mobile. The client wanted an easy way for pool owners to keep water clean and safe while staying connected with trusted dealers. We designed a clear onboarding flow, managed content, and released iOS and Android apps with the same smooth experience on both.
Solution
We studied the main problems users faced—wrong dosing, irregular cleaning, and trouble finding expert help. The app collects pool size, usage, and season to build a daily and weekly plan. A location feature shows verified Quardex dealers nearby with contact info. In-app guides explain each task step by step in simple language.
Features
The personalized plan turns pool data into easy checklists and reminders, helping users stay consistent. A history log tracks treatments and test results for future reference. The dealer finder connects users to local Quardex partners with directions and opening hours. Helpful tips cover seasonal care, water balance, and quick fixes for common issues.
Result
The first version launched with local language support and built-in analytics. Early users showed strong engagement, especially on weekends and at the start of pool season. Reviews praised the simple guidance and quick access to nearby dealers. Ongoing updates focus on better onboarding, expanded FAQs, and fast improvements across both iOS and Android.
