The project started with a client request to build a unified system for managing hotel taxi requests. They wanted a tool where hotels could book rides, drivers could receive trips instantly, and admins could oversee all transactions in one place.
Objective
We structured the product around three user groups: admin, hotel, and driver. Each panel handled specific tasks such as trip creation, profile setup, and payment tracking. This separation kept workflows simple and reduced manual coordination across departments.
Features
Hotels can register new bookings with full customer details and trip routes in seconds. Drivers receive ride assignments instantly, with profile management and payment history available in their panel. Admins can view all hotels, monitor driver balances, and add transactions directly from their dashboard for total control over operations.
Result
The app simplified ride coordination between hotels and drivers, cutting manual communication time. Admins gained visibility into all transactions, and drivers benefited from accurate tracking of their rides and earnings. The system created a faster, more reliable workflow for daily taxi operations.
