A client requested a single system to manage hotel taxi operations. Neon Apps developed RideDesk to connect hotels, drivers, and admins in one place. The goal was to remove calls, paperwork, and manual coordination so daily bookings could happen faster and with fewer mistakes.
Solution
We organized the product into three panels. Hotels create trip bookings with guest and route details. Drivers receive new rides instantly in their app and track completed trips. Admins monitor hotels, drivers, and balances from their dashboard. This structure kept each role clear and made everyday tasks easy to repeat without confusion.

Hotels add bookings in seconds and view status updates in real time. Drivers manage their profile and see ride history and balance records. Admins update driver balances, view hotel activity, and add transactions as needed. Each side works in sync, reducing calls and misunderstandings while keeping all information stored and accessible.

The system reduced manual communication and saved time for hotel staff. Drivers gained accurate tracking for work and earnings.
