Neon Apps is proud to announce that Nova Studios, one of the innovation units originally founded within our organization, has been acquired by Mobile Arts, a global leader in mobile content, fintech solutions, and digital monetization. This strategic acquisition marks an important milestone for both companies and highlights the strength of Neon Apps’ product development vision.
Nova Studios was created inside Neon Apps as a focused product division dedicated to exploring the future of mobile AI applications. Built on top of Neon Apps’ engineering, design, and AI capabilities, Nova Studios quickly evolved into a high-performing team that delivered scalable AI-powered mobile apps across global markets.
Mobile Arts’ decision to acquire Nova Studios reflects the growing value of AI-driven products and confirms the strong foundation that Nova Studios built while operating within Neon Apps.
