Sword VPN: High-Traffic VPN Built for Scale and Compliance

Swordsec is a cybersecurity company with a long-standing background in software and a portfolio of digital products. When we first connected, they had a clear goal: to create a scalable VPN app capable of handling high user traffic and reaching millions of users.

Collaborative development and support

We developed Sword VPN to meet this vision, providing full support across both design and development phases. Throughout the process, we worked closely with Swordsec’s internal team of around 10 members to align technical requirements and user experience expectations.

App Store compliance and launch

Once the app was complete, it faced rejection from the App Store—a challenge we had anticipated, given the increasingly strict review process for VPN applications. App Store guidelines now prioritize unique and compliant VPN solutions.

We provided strategic consulting throughout the resubmission process and supported Swordsec in aligning the app with App Store expectations. As a result, Sword VPN was successfully published.
